How to integrate checkout buttons or payment forms on to your own website

To integrate checkout buttons to your website or blog, follow these steps:

  • Click on the settings wheel on the top right-hand corner of the homepage
  • In the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage events’

  • Click on the ‘Manage’ icon next to the desired event

  • Choose ‘Promote event’ on the left-hand column of the page
  • Select the ‘Integrate’ tab
  • Click on ‘New Button’, fill in the name of the recipient you are sending the button to and then click ‘Create

  • Click on ‘Copy code’ and then paste the HTML code where you want the button to be placed on your blog/website
  • It will appear as a yellow ‘BOOK NOW’ button

To integrate a checkout form on to your website or blog: 

  • Follow the first 5 bullet points above
  • Instead of clicking on ‘New button’, select ‘New form’
  • Type in the name of the recipient you are sending the form to
  • If you would like to allow full booking outside of KweekWeek (full integration), then move the toggle to the right. If you would like the actual payment to be made on KweekWeek, then leave the toggle reading ‘No’

  • Click on ‘Copy code’ and paste the HTML code where you want the form to be placed on your website/blog

Whether you integrate a button or form or choose to allow full booking outside of KweekWeek, organisers will still have full access to their Event management section
